Dr. Karen Hayes, DO

Dr. Hayes is originally from Suisun, CA. She attended the University of Osteopathic Medicine & Health Sciences in Des Moines, IA, where she received her Medical Degree in Osteopathic Medicine. She then attended the Madigan Army Medical Center in Fort Lewis, WA, for her Internship & Residency. 

She practiced in the United States Army as a Military Doctor for 9 years in the United States, Korea, & Egypt. Dr. Hayes is board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology. 

She has been practicing in the Fort Collins area for 16 years, and in September 2002, she started A Woman's Place of Fort Collins. Dr. Hayes is looking forward to the practice being able to support missions work in the future. During her free time, Dr. Hayes enjoys singing, biking, hiking, & the outdoors.


Jennifer Allen, MS, MNHP, CNM, APN

Jennifer graduated from the University of Iowa with Bachelor's degrees in both Communications Studies and International Business with a Spanish focus.  She later returned to Iowa to obtain her Master's degree in Nursing and Healthcare Practice.  Jennifer worked at a hospital in Denver as a Charge Registered Nurse for 6 years; primarily in the field of High Risk Obstetrics on Colorado's oldest Antepartum unit; as well as in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Gynecology, Oncology and Urology services.  During this time, Jennifer also served as a Clinical Scholar for the state of Colorado, educating and supervising RN students as a clinical faculty member for multiple nursing schools and major universities. 

Jennifer has earned an additional Master's in Nursing degree, specializing in Nurse Midwifery from the University of Colorado Denver.  She is Board Certified to practice as a Certified Nurse Midwife and licensed as an Advanced Practice Nurse.     

Jennifer enjoys empowering and educating women to help them make the best decisions about their healthcare.  She has special interests in natural alternatives, caring for teens, and mental wellness.  

Jennifer loves doing most things related to the mountains with her friends and husband, including skiing, hiking, and camping.  She enjoys travel, seeing live music, and cooking big dinners with friends.

Keri B Redman, MSN, CNM, APN

Keri received her Bachelor’s in Human Nutrition Food and Exercise from Virginia Tech.  She went on to receive her Bachelor’s in Nursing from Old Dominion University and her Master’s in Nursing specializing in Midwifery from Frontier Nursing University in Hyden, Kentucky.  She is Board Certified to practice as a Certified Nursing Midwife and licensed as an Advanced Practice Nurse.

Keri has worked with all aspects of women’s healthcare including the University of Colorado Hospital High Risk Labor and Delivery Unit.  She has a strong passion for supporting women with exceptional care throughout not only childbirth but their entire lifespan. 

Keri enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, Reno and Chloe.  She also loves hiking in the mountains and cooking dinner at home with her husband.
